GATEWAY DISTRIPARKS LTD's customised application has a built-in module that allows daily activities to be sent directly from the application. The data is processed and sent via the Internet using e-mail facility to the EDI server or directly to the steamship lines avoiding any manual intervention.

EDI Service Centre located at GATEWAY DISTRIPARKS LTD's peripheral has a full fledged Documentation to process customs documents facility with a full strength of Customs Officers and Preventive Officers posted at the CFS.

Facility to track the Shipment via touch-screen kiosk has been installed to connect to customs intranet.

High Speed Line Printers are installed for processing the documents.

EDI service centre is connected to the Customs Server through a 3 MBPS MPLS connectivity to DC (at Delhi) and DR (at Chennai). An internet link of 2MBPS also acts a backup.
